Privacy policy

The phone number you give the barber. It is the only identifier of your loyalty card.

Visit history: date, location and barber name — stamps cannot be counted without it.

Your name, only if you choose to give it. It is optional.

We do not process addresses, payment details or anything the loyalty programme does not need.

To count stamps and grant the −30 % discount on every fifth haircut.

To send you an SMS with your card status after a haircut. This is impossible without a phone number.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a loyalty programme you join voluntarily.

BulkGate s.r.o. — SMS delivery. Receives your number and the message text.

Supabase — database, servers in Germany (Frankfurt).

Netlify — website hosting.

Data stays within the European Economic Area and is never sold.

While you take part. After two years without a visit we delete the card and its history.

The stamp journal used to supervise barbers keeps the last 500 entries.

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, and object to it.

Just tell a barber or write to the controller. We delete cards on request, no reason needed.

One technical cookie only — after you sign in, so you do not have to enter a code every time you open your card. Sign-in cannot work without it.

We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Booking runs in the AtGuest system, which has its own data-processing terms.

We do no profiling and make no automated decisions with legal effect. Stamps are added by a barber by hand.
